Breathe in slowly. What is the Lord inviting you to pay attention to at this moment?

Meditate

Read the Scripture several times. What word or phrase stands out to you? Spend some time meditating on it. What may the Lord be inviting you to notice or do with this word or phrase?

Ponder

Spend some time journaling your answers (or making a voice memo) to the following questions.

• How have you experienced the Presence of God in your life?
• In what areas of your life would you like to experience more of God’s Presence?
• Where do you need the Lord to show you the path of life?
• Where are you lacking joy? What would happen if you invited more of the Lord’s Presence into that area?
