Fear / Less নমুনা
We get revelation of God’s character in the midst of the storm.
In healthcare, it is commonly recognized that your mindset affects your prognosis. People that tend to believe that it’s not going to get any better will tend to see that result and people that tend to have hope in what the outcome could be tend to see those results. Faith works similarly. If we allow fear to rule our mindset of what is possible, we will constrain the outcome. If we move forward in faith, however, God can show us the impossible. We need to change our mindset and allow hope to rise again. God has, God does, and God will. He has in the past, He does in the present, and He will in the future. While the future can come to pass quickly in weeks or months, sometimes God takes the longer route and we must persevere, holding onto His promises, as we wait longer for years or even till the end times.
Jesus asked His disciples, who were in the boat with Him, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” They had seen Him do miracles, and witnessed His power, yet they had forgotten in that very moment. After the wind was stilled and the waters became completely calm, the disciples were filled with a great awe, realizing the enormity of Jesus’ power.
