Vision for Dark Days নমুনা
Day 1 Run to God.
We see injustice and it makes us angry. We see pain and hurt and we ask questions. "Why God? How long will this last Lord?" We discuss it, post about it, grieve about it, stew over it. Habakkuk saw injustice, destruction, violence, strife and wickedness all around him. There is no doubt he was frustrated and maybe even tempted to feel hopeless, but he ran to God.
What do you do with your complaints? On day one, examine your heart. What makes you angry? What injustices are you just plain sick of seeing or experiencing? What darkness is plaguing you? Run to God and pour them out to Him. He is waiting and listening. He can handle your disgruntlement.
Pray: Lord here is my heart. Here is my hurt. Speak to me.
About this Plan
With the current state of the world it is easy to lose hope. The power of God's voice is a light that gives us vision for dark days. How do you hold onto that light of vision? How do you keep faith in times of hardship? Habakkuk gives us some insight into holding tight and moving forward. God is speaking. God is responding.
