When God Turns Evil into Good
Genesis 50:20a
You meant to hurt me. But God turned your evil into good.
Surely you have heard about Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin. Both of them were notorious leaders. They were so powerful for a certain period of time.
HOWEVER, these men were still UNDER the sovereignty of God who created heaven and earth. God did not let their wickedness last for too long. God is the only Judge who is able to remove those who choose to commit evil acts.
God can use human’s wickedness and stubbornness to demonstrate His love, care, and extreme power. Remember when Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let the Israelites go? God turned the situation into a demonstration of His extreme power through Moses and Aaron. Eventually, God gave victory to His people and destroyed those who opposed Him.
God is able to turn humans’ evil schemes into good for those who love Him and put their trust in Him. Trust Him all the time.
Prayer
Dear God, I praise You for Your sovereignty rules over all the world. Your power is above anything in this world. You are an all-powerful God. I put my trust in You. Amen.
