Warning! Deadly Vipers: Avoiding Dangerous Friendshipsনমুনা
Having someone critique you or call you out on something can be super difficult. It’s hard to hear about times we messed up or handled a situation in the wrong way but we all need to learn how to deal with criticism. The best way to handle it is to consider the source you are getting it from. When it’s from a trusted friend, it’s something we should pay attention to and listen to. A trusted friend wants us to be the best person we can be and their criticism can help us grow. It’s so important we have friends who help us be the best version of ourselves and who challenge us to live out our faith through our actions and words.
Challenge: Today we challenge you to give a trusted friend the permission to call you out on times when you’re not making wise choices. Let that friend know that you value him/her and that you want to hear feedback. Work hard to implement that feedback in order to grow to be more like Jesus.

About this Plan
It can be hard to tell the difference between good friendships and unhealthy ones. True friends positively encourage us and stand by our side through life’s ups and downs. Unhealthy friendships can negatively influence us and can cause us untold hurt in the process. This month, we’ll talk about how to navigate friendships and recognize the differences between good ones and poisonous ones.
