GOD IS MOVING TO VISIT THE EARTH
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men! Luke 2:14.
When we are close to someone, we get to know that person personally. In time, we also understand or accept everything about that person to maintain a friendship. The same thing applies to our relationship with God, the Father, who best knows us. However, what about ourselves? Do we understand God's feelings?
God sees every nation in this world. He will not remain silent if there is a country or nation that is arrogant, cruel, and opposes His people. He will step onto the earth in His glory, and at that time, who can stand before the Lord? Who can resist the Holy and Almighty One? Nahum told us about God's anger against Nineveh and Judah, the two contradicting nations that committed the same crime. God listened to complaints against these two nations.
God has feelings. He does not like pride and evil. Pride makes people think their success was as a result of their hard work and intelligence, consequently forgetting God. Wickedness originates from arrogance, which makes people believe that they can do anything they want. They do not believe in the Lord nor fear Him.
God visits the earth to challenge the arrogance and evil of mankind. At the same time, He also comes to declare His approval for those who are righteous and take refuge in Him. He helps the oppressed, gives strength in adversity, shows a way out, and declares His justice.
God is the only one on earth who completely understands us. Let us live to please Him.
