Fight for the Faith: A Prayer Journey Thru Judeনমুনা
Day 4
We are on a journey through the book of Jude, and today we come to verse 3: “Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.”
First, let us be grateful for “our common salvation,” new life and complete forgiveness of sins through belief in the finished work of Jesus Christ!
Second, may we followers of Christ fight for the faith—now all the more, as some deceivers today are quick to twist the Scriptures to conform it to their worldview, moving far from a biblical worldview.
Make no mistake, the enemy is behind every effort to twist God’s truth, ever striving to cast doubt on the very heart of God (Genesis 3; Job 1-2).
Father God, may we wholeheartedly trust in the Good News of Jesus Christ—“Christ and Christ alone!”—for our salvation! Help us to know the truth, not be deceived, and advance the gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations!

About this Plan
Jesus said that we will know the truth, and the truth will set us free (John 8:31-32). Yet our enemy, the devil, is bent on twisting God’s truth in his all-out efforts to "steal, kill, and destroy" (John 10:10). The epistle of Jude exhorts us to contend for truth. Let’s pray through Jude, and be emboldened today to fight for the faith!
