SE Student - Be the Branch - Part 3নমুনা
Have you ever been asked to do something you absolutely did not want to do? Your parents wanted you to watch your younger sibling as they went out to dinner. Sounds harmless, but your younger brother was a nightmare! He kicked and clawed at you when he didn't get his way. He used the kitchen walls as his own personal coloring book. He screamed when you turned the TV channel off of Paw Patrol. It was a tough assignment and you didn’t want to do it.
Jesus obeyed His Father and came down to this earth to show us how much He loves us. It was a tough assignment because we are not always easy to love. We complain when we don’t get our way, blame God for the inconveniences in our lives, and even convince ourselves that we know how to run our lives better than God can. But Jesus knew His Father loved us so much and was willing to do whatever it took for us to experience His love. Jesus hung out with and loved a guy named Judas who would later turn against Him. He even knew this, and loved Judas anyway, because He wanted to obey His Father above everything.
Where do you need to be more obedient to God even when it is difficult?
