Fear Busters (Week 4) নমুনা
Day Seven - Do not worry
Hello mini Fearbusters? How are you all doing? Are you having fun following our journey with the Fear Busters? READ
‘Jesus Teaches on a Mountain’ in the Beginner's Bible (Pages 318 to 321) or in Matthew 6:25-34. Jesus is teaching people on the mountain and telling them that they do not need to worry about anything!
We have learnt alot about how Jesus tells us ‘Do Not Worry’ this week and how we can trust God when He tells us that ‘He is for us!’ Maybe we should look at what happens when we worry…..
When we worry we forget the promises that God has made to us. We often think about all the bad things that can happen. We worry about things that may not even be true! When we worry we are not thinking about how good God is and how much He loves us. We forget that God has promised to always be with us and that He tells us that He is for us!
But, we CAN remember that if God is for us, then nothing that tries to hurt us, upset us or make us sad can beat us…. So whenever we are worried, sad, scared, hurt or upset, we can remember that God loves us, wants the best for us and gives us everything we need to get through this season!
ASK:
Why do you think God tells us not to worry?
Maybe you could get creative with how you remember not to worry? Ask your grown up to help you come up with a plan.
REMEMBER:
“So what should we say about this? If God is for us, then no one can defeat us.” (Romans 8:31 ICB)
SAY - FEARBUSTER PRAYER:
You are bigger than my fears. You wipe away my tears. I have a voice to pray, you teach me what to say. I am brave because of you! This sickness just won't do, we tell it now to QUIT. We've had enough of it!
