It is Finishedনমুনা

This saying from the cross is different than all the others. It is a statement directed to the Father. It is considered a cry of dereliction, a call of abandonment. Jesus feels forsaken in the middle of our sin.
This is a reminder of Psalm 22 spoken in Jesus' native language, Aramaic. It bubbles out of the very depth of His soul. At that moment, Jesus relates to us when we don't feel God's presence when we wonder if He is with us in the hurt and the pain. We find comfort knowing Jesus felt this and spoke these words.
By Jesus being separated from God's love we are reconciled. Jesus was forsaken that we might never be forsaken.
Write about how God took your sin so you would never have to pay it's terrible, eternal penalty.
