I Will Not Fearনমুনা
God Is Peace.
“Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovah–shalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abi–ezrites.” Judges 6:24 KJV
According to Strong’s Concordance, the definition for “Jehovah–shalom” is, “Jehovah is Peace” or “God is Peace”. Let God be your Peace. Choose to embrace the Peace of God. Let His Peace occupy your heart. Let His Peace overtake your mind. In fact, Philippians 4:7 KJV declares, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Let His Peace keep your heart and mind. Fear has no place in Christ.
Isaiah 26:3 KJV declares, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” Isaiah 26:3 AMPC puts it this way, “You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You.”
Trust in God and not in the fears and noisome pestilence of this world. Choose to lean on and trust in Christ. Don’t let fear overtake you. Don’t let the bondage of fear grip your heart, mind, and soul. Choose to let your mind be guarded by and kept by His Word. Trust in Christ. Place your hope in His Word. God will keep you. He will shield you. He will protect you. Choose to put your trust in Christ.
The Blood of Jesus Christ is stronger than the fears you face. His Blood is more potent than any weapon of the enemy. There is nothing that can defeat Him. Choose to trust Christ — our God is stronger.
Confession Over Fear:
Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I choose to trust in You. Father, my hope is in You.
Lord, You are my Peace. Father, You are my very present help in trouble. Lord, I choose to put my hope in You.
Father, there is none like You and I choose to surrender to You. Fear has no place in my life. Fear has no authority in my heart. In the Name of Jesus, I rebuke fear and every form of it.
In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
