Book of Isaiah নমুনা

Book of Isaiah

DAY 14 OF 22

GOD WHO LOVES

For the Israelites, their God was a caring God. David said that like a shepherd guards his sheep and leads them to still waters. and green pastures, God cares for his own. He is the God who punished the guilt of His people but loved and comforted them again. He used the prophet Isaiah as His mouthpiece to tell them that their mistakes had been forgiven by God.

God is unmatched by anything and anyone. He is the only One who is most powerful. How could the Israelites equate God who created this earth with statues made by smiths and goldsmiths? A nation who had a living God who could hear, speak, and act, but they turned away and looked forward to the ability of other gods who could not do anything.

In this life, when we face a problem or struggle, who will help us to go through it? Sometimes we are looking forward to something else, and not God. But when we look forward something that unable to help, why do we blame God?

We often do not rely on God. We assume that money or relationships can help us, or doctors, or even ourselves can solve our problems alone. In fact, we forget that we have a Father in Heaven that is far more powerful to help. We forget that He is the Father who loves us so much.

When we call Him ”Father" it means we believe that He is reliable.
