KEEP HOPING IN HIM

In every office, shopping center, and other places there is a safety guard stationed all the time. For those guards on day duty it is slightly better than those on evening duty. You can imagine the quiet atmosphere and eyes that will start to get heavy—truly a battle to stay awake.

What is the most anticipated or expected duty for guards in the evening? They hope the morning will come faster. We are God’s children and each day is filled with bustle from morning till night. Will we still be longing for God's presence? How much are we longing for God? Would it be more than the night guards waiting for morning to come?

If we put our hope in God we will not be disappointed because hoping in the Lord makes us stronger. The blessings that God has given to us is not a low quality, instead they are the best. It is even better than what we have thought.

Persevere in hope in God. Do not give up and rely on human strength for we will reap blessings in His time. Even when we hope in tears, one day we will be surprised and enjoy watching the works of His hands.
