10 Days Of Defeating Anxietyনমুনা
Faith Changes Everything
It’s almost funny how much time we spend worrying and thinking our mental gymnastics will change things even though we know it never does—as if worry could give us a smidgen of control. Of course, it doesn’t. Jesus isn’t looking for you to control the situation; he’s inviting you to release it into his hands and trust him.
Worry is fear. It causes panic, anxiety, and irrational thinking, but that’s about all it can do. True Christian faith is established on one foundation: being absolutely convinced of God’s love. Once that’s been settled in our hearts, it’s time to make a decision. Either we believe that he’s a miracle-working God or we don’t. There’s no middle ground. Not only is he more than able to take care of us, but he also absolutely loves to. That’s the truth that will settle our hearts in any circumstance if we truly believe it.
Jesus, forgive me for not trusting you and for taking the cares of life upon my shoulders as if they’re my responsibility to fix—as if I’m strong enough to carry what you’ve already lifted. Help me to let go of the things I cannot change and to simply exist in this moment with you.

About this Plan
We all deal with anxiety in one form or another. Even on days when we feel overwhelmed, one thing remains: Jesus. He is our comfort and hope even when we don’t see or hear him. He is always present with us, and this ten-day devotional will remind you that his love never changes even when our circumstances do.
