You Are No Accident
God the Creator and Ruler of all that is, God the Almighty, all-powerful God, the Self-existent One who is perfect in power, goodness, and wisdom, this amazing, loving, just, Omniscient, Omnipotent God created you!
God created you!
God actually formed and created you in your mother's womb (Psalm 139:14). He fearfully and wonderfully made you. He intended to make you, you were no accident. The way you look, the color of your eyes, hair are actually designed by this awesome God!
God created you for a purpose!
Have you ever wondered why you have been brought into this world, what you are created for? The Bible says God created you and me for His pleasure (Revelation 4:11) You and I were created by Him and for Him (Col 1:16). This is not in any way to suggest that God created us for His entertainment, to be some puppet, that dances to His tunes.
Far from that. He created us with a will, with an ability to choose. He created us to love Him, know Him, to experience Him each day, fellowship with Him, to worship Him and serve Him! But the beauty is that He has left the choice to you and me.
This amazing, loving, just, Omniscient, Omnipotent God gave His only begotten Son so that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life (John 3:16). His salvation is for all mankind, for He has promised that He will draw all men to Him (John 12:32). In choosing Him is choosing life and life in all its abundance (John 10:10)
As a reasonable response to Him for this amazing gift of love, we are called to love, worship and serve Him in the unique ways He has purposed for each of us. To love Him and so love those around us, in real and practical ways. To serve and to give of ourselves, our talents, our time to bless others. God calls you and me to point to Him, the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6).
Have you chosen this Jesus as your Savior and is your life pointing to Him today?
Lord help me remember each day, that You have created me and for a purpose. Help me live my life in humble obedience, fulfilling Your purpose for me, I pray
