Insecurity: God's Enemyনমুনা

Insecurity: God's Enemy

DAY 4 OF 4

End note

Insecurity is horrible, I know, and it definitely isn’t something you should want to accept and embrace, but it will go, believe me, it will go.

Or don’t believe me, but believe Jesus!

For remember how He promised that every plant not planted by His heavenly Father will be rooted up?

Can you honestly tell yourself that this insecurity of yours is something put there by God? Of course not 😊 You know that’s not true.

That being said; I know it’s a struggle, an every day battle, but please, remember and keep in mind that, not only has He given you the armor for it, but He also has fought it for you.

The fight has been fought, the battle has been won, the lies will be silenced by Him.

Please hold on, and ask Him to strengthen you, to open your eyes to the truth that He knows about who you are. The truth of who you were made to be.

This I can offer you; only my own experience, knowing fully well how destructive and horrible insecurity can be, but trust Him, and hear Him say that it’s a lie. All of it, every fear, every insecurity.

He made you, He loves you, more than you could ever come to realize, even if you wanted to. Trust in that, trust in Him.

Therefore, allow me to show you two amazing Bible verses that, I hope and pray, will help you as much as they have helped me so far 😊

Love, Sophie Barbé

Matthew 15:13 He answered, "Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up."

1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart."
