Who Is Able
According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “able” is ‘dynamai’ (G1410,) which means “capable, powerful and strong.”
God is able to handle your circumstances and lead you through the storm. He is able, capable, powerful, and strong. He is able to defeat any weapon the enemy throws your way. There is no weapon that the enemy can form against you that will prosper. Isaiah 54:17 KJV.
His ability, might, and strength has no end — His power and authority is endless. He is able to remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. He is able to take the broken pieces and make you whole. He is able to restore the years that the cankerworm, locust and caterpillar have eaten and restore the harvest the enemy stole.
He is able to turn the hearts of kings. He is able to close the mouths of lions. He is able to stop time in its tracks. He is able to make the sun stand still. He is able to turn water into wine and take the ordinary and make it extraordinary.
He is able to speak to you in the middle of the night and tell you that everything is going to be alright. He is able to give you peace when chaos surrounds you. He is able to give you beauty for ashes. He is able to give you the oil of joy for your mourning. He is able to remove the spirit of heaviness and give you the garment of praise.
There is nothing that God cannot do. Trust God — He is able.
