If We Confess Our Sins.নমুনা
He Is Faithful.
God is faithful to forgive. God freely forgives. But you have to open your mouth and ask for forgiveness. Remember the cross. Do you remember the conversation between the two thieves and Jesus? Mark 15:27 KJV states, “And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.” Luke 23:39 KJV. This thief questioned the authority and authenticity of Jesus. This doubting thief asked, “If” Jesus was the Son of God then why not save Himself and the two thieves, hanging with Him, to prove His power and that He was the Son of God. The fact that Jesus was hanging on the cross was proof that He was, in fact, the Christ, and He was faithful to receive and forgive anyone that would receive Him.
Notice what the other thief said, “But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.” Luke 23:40-42 KJV.
The other thief confessed and recognized his sin and asked God to, “remember him.” When you confess your sin, repent and ask God to forgive you — He is faithful to forgive. Ask God to forgive you. Repent and turn from your past and walk forward into your bright new future in Christ. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
