This Year I Will নমুনা
Day 5: This Year I Will Choose A Great Attitude
As you look at this year and all that lies ahead, what’s the attitude and atmosphere of your heart? In order to see your God-dreams and desires come to pass this year, you will need to learn how to live with an attitude of gratitude.
“It’s your attitude, more than your aptitude, that determines your altitude.” -Zig Ziglar
Success in life is heavily dictated by your attitude. How do you approach the assignments that God’s given you? Is your heart full of faith and ready to jump in or do you find yourself negative and hesitant? This is your year to choose a great attitude about all that God wants to do in you, through you, and for you.
God has no shortage in Heaven! There’s no shortage of restoration for marriages, healing for our bodies, financial resources or unconditional love. What’s our part to play in all God is doing and has done for us? We’re called to receive what He has given us and respond with gratitude.
In Luke 17 we find a story where Jesus healed ten lepers, yet only one came back to thank Him. The one who returned with gratitude was not only healed, but saved as well. He was made truly whole! Let’s be the kind of people who always return to give Jesus our thankful worship.
While you are intentional this year to seek God, take responsibility, show up where you need to be, and take action, make sure to choose a good attitude through it all. When it’s hard to start, praise God. When it’s mundane in the middle, praise God. When it’s miraculous on the mountaintop, praise God.
This is your year to cultivate a healthy atmosphere in your heart. Determine to be like the one leper who returned to give thanks to Jesus. Live your life with a grateful heart, giving back to God the thanks and praise that He deserves!
Pray with me today: “Heavenly Father, thank You for Your goodness and grace that You’ve so generously poured into my life. Help me to have an attitude that honors You and teach me to guard the atmosphere of my heart. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
About this Plan
This is the year of I will. This isn’t the year of I might, I’ll think about it, or I’ll get around to it. This is the year of taking action when it comes to the dreams, gifts, and callings God has given you. What has God put in your heart to do this year?May this be your faith declaration: this year I will!
