Just Jesus: Answers For Lifeনমুনা
Relationships
There can be no relationship without forgiveness. Forgiveness is key to relationship. Your relationship or connection with others is a reflection of your relationship with God. If you don’t feel good with God or close to Him, it’s a pretty good indication there is unresolved conflict with someone or others. Have you done all you can to bring resolve and peace? “Let it begin with me.” In this fallen world, offense often starts in your heart. It can end there too, if you’re willing to look at yourself and your part in the offense. Forgiveness is the key to reconciliation with God, yourself and others. But once you’ve done all you can, and the other party refuses to participate in reconciliation, then it’s time to maintain forgiveness in your heart, moving forward in grace and love.
Memory Verse
“Come and eat breakfast.” John 21:12.
Declaration Prayer
My love for every person God puts in my path endures long and is patient and kind; my love is never envious nor boils over with jealousy. It is not boastful or vainglorious, and it does not display itself haughtily. My love for others is not conceited nor arrogant and inflated with pride. It is not rude or unmannerly, and does not act unbecomingly. God's love in me does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking. My love is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it. It pays no attention to a suffered wrong. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. The love God puts in my heart bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything without weakening. God’s love in me and through me never fails and never fades out. My love will not become obsolete or come to an end. And so in my heart abide faith, hope and love. I have faith - a conviction and belief respecting man's relation to God and divine things. I have hope – the joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation. And I have love – a true affection for God and man, growing out of God's love for and in me. But the greatest of these in my heart is love.
