Just Jesus: Answers For Lifeনমুনা
Friendship
You are responsible for what you allow to influence you. You choose your friends and you choose how you will behave with your friends. Choosing good friendships that reflect God’s nature facilitates mental health and spiritual growth. Good friendships are vital to your well- being. Your relationships are a reflection of your relationship with God. When you are good with God, you are likely good with your friends. Unresolved issues with friends are an indication you have unresolved issues with God. Don’t let the devil isolate you. Proverbs says that a man who isolates himself seeks his own desire. The devil wants to separate you from community and keep you from surrounding yourself with true friends. Jesus surrounded Himself with friends. They weren’t perfect, but they were intentional in love. You can tell the caliber of a person by the friends they keep. Who are your true friends? How do you treat each other? Are you loyal and intentionally loving? We need each other.
Memory Verse
“Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” John 20:21.
Declaration Prayer
Heavenly Father, I bless You this day. I am a friend who loves at all times. I am expecting great and mighty things, because You, Lord, are watching over Your Word to see that It is performed in my life. You are a Promise Keeper. My faith is the very substance of the things that I hope for. It is the certainty that what I do not yet see will soon be manifested in my life. Therefore, in faith, I call those things which be not as if I already have them. You said, “Just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you.” I make this decree in the name of Jesus and it is established for me and the light of Your favor shines upon my ways. So shall Your Word that goes forth out of my mouth; it shall not come back empty-handed without producing any effect, but Your Word shall accomplish and complete the assignments they are given. You Lord God said, “Your Words are of a kind which will be fulfilled in the appointed and proper time.” Lord, Your Word stands. What You have spoken You bring to pass; what You have purposed You do; This gives You great pleasure. I will get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. I will be kind and compassionate to my friends, forgiving each other, just as You forgave me.
