Fear Is a Liar Devotional by Zach Williamsনমুনা
Day 6: Today’s lie: You’ll never find a home.
This lie in untrue on many different levels. Sometimes it’s inevitable that people move around a lot from location to location due to circumstances beyond their control. Maybe you’ve been transient in your location which is causing you to feel unrest and that you don’t belong. Maybe you’re in one place but spiritually, you don’t feel like you belong anywhere or like you haven’t earned your right to have an eternal home with God.
Feeling left out is one of the most challenging feelings to deal with and there is a reason. The enemy wants us to depend on people, things, social media, or vices, to fill that void of acceptance and inclusion. God tells us in Matthew 11:28 NIV, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” When we feel left out or excluded, God wants us to come to Him because He’s the only way that we will be able to find rest and fill that void.
2 Timothy 4:16-17 NIV says, “At my first defense no one came to my support, but everyone deserted me. May it not be held against them. But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength...” God is always with us and whenever we’re with God, we’re home. “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.” (Luke 12:32 NIV). We have a home with God forever when we choose to believe in Him.

About this Plan
The song "Fear Is a Liar" talks about many fears that the enemy tells us and how they are lies meant to keep us away from a relationship with God. The Fear is a Liar Devotional walks through seven different fears that we're told and how the word of God disproves those and helps us combat them. Thank you for joining me. -Zach Williams
