Luke 13
13
chapter thirteen
1and in the this one time are some come and have him report about the Galilee, whose blood Pilate has mix with their sacrifices. 2and he has answering to them said: you (PL) think (perhaps), that the these Galileans are was greater sinners than all people of Galilee, because they have such (things) suffered? 3no, tell I you (PL); but if you (PL) will not repentance do, will you (PL) all perish on such a way. 4or those eighteen, on which the tower did fall/collapse in Siloam and has them killed, think you (PL) (perhaps), that they are was guilty more than all people, who dwell in Jerusalem? 5no, tell I you (PL); but if you (PL) will not repentance do, will you (PL) all also thus perish!
6and he has said the these parable: a certain man has had a fig tree, which was planted in his vineyard; and he is come and has sought fruit on it, and has not found (any). 7and he has said to the vinedresser: look, I come already three years and seek fruit on the this fig tree and I find not. cut it down! why shall it even waste the soil? 8he however has answering said to him: Sir, leave it more the these year, until I will it dig around and spread fertilizer, 9perhaps will it on in future bring fruit; and if not, will you it cut down!
10and he has teaching in one of the synagogues a Shabbos day. 11and look, there was a woman, who has had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years long, and she was crippled and has self not be able stand up straight. 12and as Yehoshua has her seen, has he her call over and to her said: woman, you (SG) are set free from your infirmity! 13and has place on her the hands, and in an eye blink is she straightened become and has praised Hashem. 14and the ruler of the synagogue, incensed self on account of that, what Yehoshua has healed on Sabbath, has answering said to the crowd (of) people: are there six days, in which they shall work; comes then in the these and let self heal and not in day of Sabbath! 15however the L-rd has him answered and said: hypocrites, (question) untie then not every one of you (PL) on over Sabbath the ox his or the donkey from the stall and leads it away to drink? 16and she, who is a daughter Abraham, whom the Satan has bound, look, eighteen years long, has she then not should released to be from the this one bondage in the day of Sabbath? 17and when he has this said, are all his opponents put to shame become; and the whole crowd (of) people has self rejoice over all glorious deeds, which are occurred through him.
18therefore has he said: what is the kingdom of Hashem like? and what shall I it liken? 19it is like mustard seed, which a man has taken and thrown in his garden into. and it is grew and is become a tree, and the birds of heaven have self nested in its branches. 20and again has he said: to what shall I liken the kingdom of Hashem? 21it is like to yeast, which a woman has put into in three measures of fine flour, until the whole will leaven to be.
22and he went over cities of and villages teaching and making the journey to Jerusalem. 23and someone has to him said: L-rd, is (the case) it a few, who to be saved? he however has to them said: 24strive to enter through the narrow gate, because a many, tell I you (PL), will seek to enter and will not be able to. 25when once the owner of the house has self get up and shut the door, and you (PL) will begin to stand outside and knock on the door and say: L-rd, open us up! and he will answering say to you (PL): I know you (PL) not, from where you (PL) are! 26then will you (PL) begin to say: we have eaten before you (SG) and drank, and on our streets you have taught! 27and he will to answer: I tell you (PL), I know you (PL) not, from where you (PL) are; away from me you (PL) all, who do unrighteousness! 28there will be the weeping and gnashing with the teeth, when you (PL) will see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all prophets in the kingdom of Hashem, you (PL) yourselves however thrown out outside! 29and they will come from east and west, from north and south, and will self sit down in the kingdom of Hashem. 30and look, there are last, who will be the first; and it can be found first, who will be the last.
31in the same hour are come over some Pharisees and have said to him: go out and go away from there, because Herod wants you kill! 32and he has said to them: go and tell the this fox: look, I drive out evil spirits and I do healing today and tomorrow, and the third day come I to the end. 33yet must I today and tomorrow and day after tomorrow travel on, because it proper self not, that a prophet shall perish outside Jerusalem. 34o Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kill the prophets and stone the (ones), who are sent to you (PL)! how much times have I already wanted gather your children, as a hen her chickens under the wings, and you (PL) have not wanted! 35look is you (PL) left behind your house desolate; I tell you (PL) however, you (PL) will me more not see, until it will come the day, when you (PL) will say: blessed the one coming in the Name of Hashem! (blessed is the one, who comes in Name of L-rd G-d). (Psalms 118, 26)
