1and Avraham has journeyed from there to land of south, and he has self settled between Kadesh and between Shur, and has resided temporarily in Gerar.
2and Avraham has said of his wife Sarah: she is my a sister. has sent Abimelech the king of Gerar, and has taken Sarah. 3is G-d having come to Abimelech in a dream of the night, and has to him said: behold, will die of concerning the woman which you (sg) have taken, because she is the wife of a man. 4and Abimelech has to her not come near and he has said: Adonoi, will also innocent people kill? 5has he me not himself said: she is my a sister? and she, also she has said: he is my a brother. in the honesty of my heart and in the purity of my hands have I this done. 6has G-d to him said in dream: yes, I know that in the honesty of your heart have you (sg) this done, and I have you also wanted withhold from sinning against me, therefore have I you not left self touch to her. 7and now, turn down the wife of the man, because he is a prophet, and he will praying be for you(SG), and will remain alive; if but you (sg) return her not down, be aware that die will you(sg) die, you (sg) and all which has belonged to you(SG).
8has Abimelech self rose early in the morning, and has summoned all his servants, and has told all the this words in their ears, and the men have very fear have had. 9and Abimelech has called Avraham, and has to him said: what have you (sg) us done? and what have I sinned against you(SG), that you (sg) have brought on me and on my kingdom such great sin? deeds which become not done, have you (sg) done to me. 10and Abimelech has said to Avraham: what have you (sg) seen, that you (sg) have done the this thing?
11has Avraham said: because I have thought: for surely, no fear before G-d is there in this place, and they will me kill of concerning my wife. 12and she is also in the reality my a sister, the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; therefore is she me having become for a wife. 13and it is having been, that G-d has me wander from my father's house, have I to her said: this shall be your kindness which you (sg) you(SG) must do with me: in each place, which we will there come, say on me: he is my a brother.
14has Abimelech taken sheep and cattle, and servants and maid servants, and has given Avraham, and he has him returned his wife Sarah. 15and Abimelech has said: behold is my land before you(SG); where it is good in your eyes, settle self. 16and to Sarah has he said: behold have I given your brother a thousand pieces of silver; behold, this is you(SG) a covering for the eyes against all which with you(SG); and before them all are you vindicated.
17and Avraham has praying having been to G-d, and G-d has healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maid servants, and they did bear. 18because locked has Hashem have had locked every womb of Abimelech's house of concerning Sarah, Abraham's wife.
