1and it is having been in the days of Amraphel the king of Shinar, Aryoch the king of Ellasar, Kedorlaomer the king of Eilam, and Tidal the king of Goyim, 2have they made a battle with Bera the king of Sodom, and with Birsha the king of Gomorrah, Shinav the king of Admah, and Shemever the king of Tzevoyim, and the king of Bela, this is Zoar. 3the all have self joined together in the valley of Siddim, this is the the Dead Sea. 4twelve years have they served Kedorlaomer, and on thirteenth year have they rebelled. 5and on fourteenth year is having come Kedorlaomer and the kings who with him, and they have struck the Rephaim in Ashterot-Karnayim, and the Zuzim in Ham, and the Emim in Shaveh-Kiryatayim, 6and the Chori on their mount Seir, to El-Paran which (is) at wilderness. 7and they have self turned, and are having come to Ein-Mishpat, this is Kadesh, and have struck this whole country of Amalek, and also the Emori who have settled in Chatzetzon-Tamar. 8is having come out the king of Sodom, and the king of Gomorrah, and the king of Admah, and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela, this is Zoar, and they have fought a battle with them in the valley of Siddim – 9with Kedorlaomer the king of Eilam, and Tidal the king of Goyim, and Amraphel the king of Shinar, and Aryoch the king of Ellasar; the four kings against the five. 10and the the valley of Siddim is having been pits on pits with pitch, and as the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah are fled, thus are they there fell into; and the remaining are fled to mountain. 11and those have taken the all possessions of Sodom and Gomorrah, and this whole foodstuffs theirs, and are went (their) way. 12and they have taken Lot, the son of Avram's brother, which is settled in Sodom, and his possessions, and are went (their) way. 13is having come a fugitive, and has informed Avram the Hebrew; and he has dwelt by the terebinths of Mamre the Emori, the brother of Eshcol, and the brother of Aner; and they are having been allies of Avram. 14and as Avram has heard that his kin is captured having become, thus has he led out his trained (men), born in his house, three hundred and eighteen, and he has pursued to Dan. 15and he has self divided against them by night, he and his servants, and he has them struck and them pursued to Chovah which to the left of Damascus. 16and he has brought back the all possessions, and also Lot his kin and his possessions has he brought back, and also the wives, and this people.
17is the king of Sodom him having come out to meet, after as he has self returned from strike Kedorlaomer, and the kings which with him, in the valley of Shaveh, this is the king's the valley of. 18and Malki-Tzedek the king of Shalem has brought out bread and wine; and he is having been a kohen to G-d (El) Most High. 19and he has him blessed, and has said:
blessed shall be Avram of G-d (El) Most High,
the possessor of heaven and earth.
20and blessed shall be G-d (El) Most High
which has delivered your enemies in your hand.
– and he has him given tithe of everything.
21and the king of Sodom has said to Avram: give me the persons, and the possessions take you(SG). 22has Avram said to the king of Sodom: I lift on my hand to Hashem G-d (El) Most High, the possessor of heaven and earth, 23if a thread or a shoelace! or if I will take of anything which is yours! so that you shall not say: I have rich made Avram. 24not me! but which the young (men) have eaten, and the portion of the men which are having gone with me, Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; they may take their portion.
