John 10

chapter ten
1in truth, in truth tell I you (PL); the one, who comes not in through the door into the yard of the sheep, but climbs inside through somewhere else, that one is a thief and a robber. 2the one however who comes inside through the door, is the shepherd of the sheep. 3for him opens the guard; and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his sheep by name, and leads them out. 4and when he has taken out all his own, goes he ahead before them, and the sheep follow him after, because they know his voice. 5a stranger however will they never way not follow, but will run away from him, because they know not the voice of strangers. 6the this parable did Yehoshua say to them; however they did not understand, what that is, which he did to them speak.
7Yehoshua did therefore again to them say: in truth, in truth say I you (PL): I am the door of the sheep. 8all, who did come before me, are thieves and robbers; however the sheep did they not hear. 9I am the door; who it will go in through me, that (one) will saved to be; and will go in and go out, and find pasture. 10the thief comes not except so as to steal and kill and to destroy; I am come, so that they should have life, and that they should have a abundance. 11I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd is self chastise soul/life for the sheep. 12the hireling, and the one, who is not any shepherd, to whom it belong not the sheep, sees the wolf coming, and abandons the sheep, and runs away; and the wolf devours and scatters them; 13he runs away, because he is a hireling, and it matters to him not about the sheep. 14I am the good shepherd, and I know the my own, and the my own know me, 15as the Father knows me, and I know the Father; and my life lay I down for the sheep. 16and other sheep have I, who are not of the this yard; them must I also lead, and they will hear my voice; and it will become one flock, one shepherd. 17therefore does the Father me love, because I lay down my life, so that I shall it again take. 18anyone takes it not away from me, rather from we alone lay I it down. I have authority it to lay down, and have authority it again to take. the these command have I received from my Father.
19again is become a dispute among the Judaeans on account of the these words. 20and a many of them did say: he has an evil spirit, and is off of mind; why listen you (PL) to him? 21others did say: these are not the words of a demoniac with an evil spirit. (question) can then a evil spirit open the eyes of the blind?
22it is then was Chanukah in Jerusalem; it was winter, 23and Yehoshua was walking in the House HaMikdash in Portico of Solomon up and down. 24and the Judaeans did him surround, and did say to him: until when you want to stretch our soul? if you (SG) are the Moshiach, tell us openly. 25did Yehoshua them answer: I have you (PL) already told, and you (PL) believe not; the deeds, which I do in my Father's Name, they say witness about me. 26but you (PL) believe not, because you (PL) are not of my sheep. 27my sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me after; 28and I give them eternal life: and they will never not lost become, and anyone will them not snatch from my hands. 29my Father, who did them to me give, is greater than all; and no one can them not snatch from my Father's hand. 30I and the Father are we one. 31did the Judaeans again pick up stones, so that him to stone. 32Yehoshua did them answer: a many deeds good did I (to) you (PL) show from the Father; on account of which of the these deeds, are stoning you (PL) me? 33did the Judaeans him answer: for deeds good stone we you not, but for blasphemy to Hashem, and because you (SG), being a man, make yourself for Elokim. 34did Yehoshua them answer: (question) stands then not written in your Torah:
I have said: you (PL) are g-ds?
(Psalms 82, 6)
35if he did them call g-ds, to whom Hashem's word has come—and the writing can not null and void become— 36says you (PL) about him, whom the Father did sanctify, and sent in the world into: you (SG) blaspheme; because I did say: I am the Son of the Most High? 37if I do not the works of my Father, shall you (PL) me not believe. 38if however I do indeed, even when you (PL) want me not to believe, believe the works, so that you (PL) shall know and understand, that the Father is in me, and I am in the Father. 39therefore did they again sought him to arrest, and he is go out of their hand.
40and he did again go away to other side of Yarden, to the place of, where John used to the first immersing do in the mikveh, and is there remain. 41and a many did come to him, and did say: John did actually not do any sign, but all, that John did say about the this (Yehoshua), is true. 42and a many did there believe in him.
