Colossians letter 3

chapter three

1therefore, if you (PL) did stand up again together with the Moshiach, shall you (PL) seek that, which is above, where the Moshiach sits to Hashem's right side. 2think of that, which is above, not of that, which is on the earth. 3because you (PL) have died, and your life is hidden with the Moshiach in Hashem. 4when the Moshiach, our life, will made known to be, will you (PL) then also made known to be with Him in glory.

5mortify therefore up your (PL) body parts, which are on the earth: fornication, impurity, lust, evil desire, and the money avarice, which is worship of idols; 6on account of which the fury of Hashem comes on the children of disobedience; 7in which things you (PL) did also live once, when you (PL) did live in the these. 8now however put also off (from self) this all: anger, animosity, malice, slander, shameful words from your mouth; 9tell not any lie one the other, because you (PL) have unclothed (of self) the old man with its deeds, 10and have clothed the new, which is being renewed in knowledge according to the reflection of its Creator; 11where it is is not any Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free (person), rather Moshiach is all and in all.

12clothe yourselves on therefore, as chosen of Hashem, holy and beloved, with a heart of mercy, honesty, with a humble disposition, gentleness, patient endurance; 13put up with one the other and be yourselves forgiving, when someone has something reproach to an other; exactly as also the L-rd has you (PL) forgiven, so (shall) you (PL) also (do); 14and above all (shall you (PL) put on) love, which is the bond of perfection. 15and let in your (PL) hearts rule the peace of the Moshiach, to which you (PL) are called become in one body, and be thankful. 16let Moshiach's word dwell in abundance in you (PL), in all wisdom; teaching and do exhort one the other with psalms, praise songs and spiritual songs, and sing with thanksgiving in your (PL) hearts to Hashem. 17and all, that you (PL) do, whether in word or in deed, (shall you (PL) do) all in the Name of the L-rd Yehoshua, thanking G-d the Father through Him.

18you (PL) wives, submit yourselves to your (PL) husbands, as it stands (fitting) on in the L-rd. 19you (PL) husbands, has love your (PL) wives, and embitter yourselves not against them. 20children, be obedient to your (PL) parents in everything, because the these is well pleasing before the L-rd. 21fathers, provoke not your (PL) children, so that they should not lose the heart. 22you (PL) servants, be obedient in all things to your (PL) masters according to flesh, not to serve only before eye, as those, which are out for favor with men, but with a sincerity from the heart, fearing self before the L-rd; 23and what you (PL) will do, shall you (PL) do with the whole heart, as before the L-rd, and not before men, 24knowing, that from the L-rd will you (PL) receive the reward of the inheritance; because you (PL) serve the L-rd Moshiach! 25and who it does an injustice, will he receive the (punishment for the) injustice, which he has done, and it gives not any partiality of face do.
