Isa 15; 16; Jer 48; Zeph 2.8, 9 Thus says the Lord:
For three transgressions of Moab,
and for four, I will not revoke the punishment,#2.1 Heb cause it to return
because he burned to lime
the bones of the king of Edom.

and Moab shall die amid uproar,
