Will you share your wisdom? Moses' father-in-law saw very quickly that disaster was looming if Moses did not change his ways. Without any hesitation, he pointed out what was happening, what would happen and how to correct the problem before it escalated. His wisdom was not shared in a condescending or critical manner, but was instead instructional. Moses listened and then implemented the advice received and thus set in place a primary governing structure that Israel would use for centuries to come. Some things to ponder: 1.
