Journey With Jesus 365ናሙና

On the final day of the Feast of Tabernacles, the Jews performed a ritual of drawing and pouring out water before the Lord. Christ likely referred to this practice when He invited those who thirst to come to Him. This thirst symbolizes a deep longing for spiritual blessings, the kind that only Christ can satisfy. He offered the living water of the Holy Spirit, whose sanctifying and comforting work brings lasting joy and peace.

Christ possesses an overflowing fullness of grace, and the Spirit’s presence within believers is likened to a fountain of living water—refreshing, purifying, and sustaining. While the miraculous gifts of the Spirit may no longer be expected, His ongoing and invaluable influences remain accessible to us today. These streams of grace, flowing from Christ since His glorification, continue to nourish believers across the world.

As recipients of these living waters, we are called to share them with others, spreading the transformative power of the gospel to all nations and generations. May we not only drink deeply ourselves but also actively work to make this life-giving truth known.
