Moses, the man without words

A stuttering man, that's who Moses was. At the venerable age of 80 and after his countless life experiences, he had a big problem with speech. Yet God chose him to free His people. Personally, I would have thought that it would have been wiser for God to look for a statesman, a politician, a charismatic man who would have had the ability of an orator.

But no, God chooses a weak man to show His power, He chooses the weak to strengthen him, to show him that he is not alone, that he is loved, that he can do anything to the extent that his heart is prepared to listen to His voice.

Moses is the demonstration of what God can do in people's lives. How inadequate do you feel? What is holding you back? What in your life does not make you stand up and shout here I am Lord send me?

Remember that for God nothing is impossible, you and I are called to make God's impossible possible. He changes our weaknesses to show His glory, he takes the things that are weak for the world and transforms them into powerful things. David needed only one stone to knock down a super-armored giant.
