Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 5ናሙና
Acts 9 tells the wonderful story of how Saul (who became Paul and who wrote most of the New Testament) came to faith in Jesus. He was an enemy of Christ and persecuted believers.
Despite his hatred for followers of Jesus, Jesus decided to reveal himself to Saul and chose him to be used in a mighty way for his purposes.
God shows grace and mercy even to his enemies. If God can save and use Saul (Paul), then surely, He can do the same with you.
Just like Saul, God uses us despite who we were, and sometimes even because of who we once were to show His glory to the world. It is the grace and sovereign will of God that qualifies you to be used by Him.
Do you believe He can and wants to use you for His purposes?
What would it look like if you did not disqualify yourself and started believing that God wants to use you?
