If you look at Psalms 111 & 112, you would think they were meant to go together! It’s like 112 is the mirror of 111, or that as the notes of Psalm 111 ring out, chapter 112 is it’s reverberation and echo! Both Psalms stand alone as great songs and prayers. But if you read them together, line by line, one responding to the other, there is even greater depth and revelation! When you have the time, read them side by side. In the meantime, we will dig into the first one. Psalm 111 is a call to worship the Lord, but not simply to praise Him - to praise Him with everything, with your whole heart! That means bringing all your heart - emotions, desires, dreams, hope, fears, and worries - and giving them to God as you worship! As the Psalm unfolds, we are presented with reason after reason why we can trust Him with ALL our heart - let’s check it out:

GO DEEP: Vs 1-10: Read through the whole Psalm and list the reasons we can trust God with our whole hearts. Is there one that stands out to you in particular? Pray about it and ask God to reveal Himself to you.
Vs 9: Did you write in your list that our God is the God of redemption? Our God can take any situation and bring good from it! Is there an area of your life where you need God to turn it around? Don’t lose hope - bring it to our Father in prayer, keep praising Him - He’s the God of redemption.

BE BOLD: Who needs to hear this? Who could you share it with?
