The reason why confession is so important, regardless of how much or how little we choose to divulge, is so that we can build community with others. Community needs to be rooted both in truth and accountability. We cannot sit behind our computer screens and allow that to be the only form of authentic community we have.

Without community and solid accountability in your life, the next 18 days of devotionals are going to be difficult to work through. We were created for community. In the garden… God said it wasn’t right for Adam to be alone and made Eve. We need each other. Every single one of us.
