What does that say about God’s ability to redeem and include people, even when they are far from perfect?

Players participate in the rescue of Lloyd, but he doesn’t seem grateful. Why would the Resistance bother? Maybe it’s a chance to talk about God’s incredible grace, in that He includes us in His family too.
