Don’t Waste Your Life
Proverbs 13:4
The lazy person will not get what he wants. But a hard worker gets everything he wants.
Ants might be one of the smallest insects, but they are known as the most hardworking insect ever. Even when there is no leader to lead or pressurize them, they will work relentlessly as they are disciplined and natural self-starters.
Ants also plan ahead and have foresight for their future. They store up foods for themselves in summer and harvest time so that they will have food during winter. Being lazy or being a last-minute creature is never in the ants’ dictionary!
Just like the ants, be hardworking and well-planned, don't be lazy. Being lazy is like wasting your talent and life for nothing. When laziness becomes a habit, it will be hard to break it. Don’t waste your life. Get up and do something with the opportunities that God has placed before you. The hard work you do right now will be an open-door for your future.
Whatever you do, let’s do it for the glory of God. If you strive to be diligent and work hard, your life will be blessed!
Prayer
Dear God, I want to be hardworking like the ants. I want to live my life to the fullest with the opportunities given by You so that I will not have regrets in the future. Amen.
