DAY 3 OF 3

THE STORY WRITER OF OUR LIVES

“For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord, ‘Because they called you an outcast saying: “This is Zion; No one seeks her.” Jeremiah 30:17

Almost all movies will get an extraordinary response from the audience if they have a happy ending. God is the author of our life story and He has a happy plan for our lives.

God promised the Israelites that they would experience restoration, healing, and deliverance from their suffering. They would experience abundant blessings. To experience this, God asked the Israelites repent. Restoration happens when people realize the things that need to be improved in their lives.

It is not difficult for God to open a way for us even though it seems impossible for us to get out of the problem. However, let’s remember what happened to Moses and the people of Israel when they were cornered. Who divided the sea that they could escape from Pharaoh and his army?

Other people may say that we only experience trouble, adversity, or downfall. However, we have to listen more to what God says about us because He is the One who wrote the story of our lives. He is the One who has the right to rule our lives and He will certainly be able to make us stand upright. We can show our Lord to others and show them that the power of the Lord will never change, yesterday, today, and forever.

He brings healing and He treats our wounds. Even though we have been thrown out, He will pick us up, cleanse us, and will use us as a vessel that is glorified and lifted high by the Lord. This is God's promise to us.

Give your heart to God and let Him continue writing your life’s story.
