Ke anavivàsas afton o dhiavolos is oros ipsilon, edhixen is afton panda ta vasìlia tis icumenis en mià stighmi chronu: Ke ipe pros afton o dhiavolos, Is se thelo dhosi àpasan tin exusian taftin ke tin dhoxan aftòn: dhioti is eme ine paradhedhoméni, ke is ondina thelo, dhidho aftin: Si lipon ean proskinisis enòpion mu, su thelusin isthe panda. Ke apocrithìs pros afton ipen o Iisus, Ipaghe opiso mu, Satanà: dhioti ine gheghrammenon, «Thelis proskinisi Kirion ton Theon su, ke afton monon thelis latrevsi.»
