Death affects us all but how do we cope when we lose a loved one? This plan provides hope and comfort in the midst of grief.

Grief is hard to understand or explain. When I lost my husband, it was like combining sadness and loneliness with anxiety over what tomorrow would bring and fear of how I could possibly handle it all.
