Love God Greatly - You Are LovedSample

God is after our hearts here. He doesn’t just want our words or our actions, He wants our hearts; He wants us to be motivated by love for Him and love for others. So often we just go through the motions and do what we are “suppose to” do, but so often our hearts are not in it. We are doing it to look good or feel good or because we think we should. God wants our motivation to be love. If love is absent from what we are doing then we gain nothing. So ask yourself, why do you do the things you do? Pray and ask God to give you a heart to do those things out of love.
