I had to learn that real success came outside of my comfort zone. My comfort zone was the reliance of my own intellect. I thought my way was perfect. Most entrepreneurs believe their ideas are the best thing since sliced bread, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Every day there seems to be a new free downloadable e-book entitled “how to get funded” or “how to get a video to go viral,” but I’m reminded on how God gave Jacob the idea to produce wealth after Laban made it impossible to thrive.
Go to your Father for advice about your business, for he is willing to give wisdom to whoever seeks. Be open to receiving the information; it may come in a way that is least expected.
