It's fair to say that there are times in everyone's life that they don't feel loved. Perhaps because of a divorce, infidelity, a dysfunctional family, being orphaned, or the victim of sexual abuse. Maybe you feel like you've messed up so badly that you don't deserve to be loved. We all want to be loved and feel love, and it hurts when love fails. But God's love never fails; He is love. God lavished such great love on the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. His love for you is unconditional, unlimited, and inseparable.
God loves you deeply, despite your shortcomings and sin. He demonstrated His love for you in this: While you were still a sinner, Christ died for you. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who delights in you. In his love, he no longer rebukes you but rejoices over you with singing! Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Nothing!
We love because He first loved us (1 John 4:19). Is there someone you know who needs love right now? Brighten their darkness by shining God's light and love onto them. Show them compassion, grace, humility, forgiveness, and abounding love. If you need love, allow God's profound love for you to heal and transform you, leading you to a life of abundance, joy, and love. Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever (Psalm 136:26).
