Pride Kills Crowns
“Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” Proverbs 16:18 KJV
Pride destroys destiny. Pride corrupts crowns. Pride will ruin the platform that God has given you. And a haughty spirit will cause empires to fall. Choose to crush pride and cast your crown. Choose to purposely crush haughtiness and let Christ lead your heart. Cast your crown at His feet forever.
1 Peter 5:6 KJV declares, “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:” Humble yourself and let God exalt you. Let God lead the diligent work of your hands. Cast your skills, gifts, talents, and abilities before Him, and let God exalt you.
“And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.” Matthew 23:12 KJV. Choose to kill anything that exalts itself against God. Crush anything that’s not like Christ. Choose to let your heart and the work of your hands reflect the character of Christ. Cast your crown before Him and let Christ exalt you.
