Paradise lost

Choosing to follow Jesus is the best decision a person can make. You may be at the start of your journey to discover who Jesus is or maybe you're just wanting to explore and discover more.  

Today let's discover that sin separates us from God, but Jesus is the answer.  

God created you for a purpose, He loves you and has great plans for your life. We might start off separated from God by sin, but God has made a way. When we choose to follow Jesus and accept Him as our Lord and Saviour, we can have a close relationship with God. No matter what you’ve done God loves you and forgives you.  

No one is perfect. There is only one person who lived a perfect life and that person is Jesus. We need God because we can’t save ourselves. There is nothing that we can do on our own to be saved. We can’t work harder, be better, do good works or buy our way into heaven. The price has been paid by Jesus, He died on the cross for us, to take the punishment for sin. Jesus died and three days later rose again so we can live a new life with God. When we have faith and believe in our hearts that Jesus died and rose again we are forgiven. Sin separates us from God, but Jesus is the answer.
