Prayer to Step Into God’s Presence and Be Dramatically Changed by Him

In Jeremiah 33:3 we get to see the Father's heart. He asks us to call to Him and He will answer us and show us great and mighty things that we did not know. 

The deep things of God are revealed to us in His presence. It's when we take time to fellowship with Him consistently that He can show us those things that our eyes have not seen, nor our ears heard (1 Corinthians 2:9).

We see in Hebrews 11:6 that there are rewards for those who diligently seek God. This is not a casual pursuit but a continual longing to be with the Lord. It's a determined pursuit to spend time with Him.

As we fellowship with the Lord on a regular basis, He will trust us with more. As we spend time in His presence, He shows us what is on His heart.

The truth is, it takes effort to find the time and energy to step into His presence and connect with Him, as it does in any important relationship.

It's essential that you find ways to shut out the noise and put yourself in a position to hear from the Lord. 

Use the prayer and scriptures below to help you step into God's presence. It is in this place of communion with the Lord that you will be dramatically touched and changed by Him.

In His presence is where we all truly long to be.

Prayer for Today

Father, I praise Your Holy Name!

I lift You up and magnify the awesomeness of Your splendor and glory!

There is none like You, oh Lord! 

I know that You love me far more than I could ever know in my lifetime.

Your genuine love for me knows no bounds!

I ask You to help me to learn how to step into Your presence more often, in Jesus' Name.

Please forgive me if I ever doubted the reality of Your presence.

Please help me to not get caught in the busyness of life and to be still and know that You are God every single day!

Thank You in advance for the times that I will come in contact with Your presence to such an extent that I can physically feel it.

I open my heart wide to You and ask that You move in my life in any way that You desire.

Lord, I ask that You make Yourself known to me at any moment in any way You desire!

Glory to Your Name!

I decree and declare that I experience Your power in my life!

I decree and declare that now more than ever, my heart and mind are open to experiencing Your presence like never before.

By the transformational work of the Holy Spirit, please help me to be changed by Your presence.

I long for it.

There is no place I'd rather be!

I am praying for it!

I receive it!

I open my arms wide and welcome the Holy Spirit to do what He must to bring me closer to You.

My heart’s cry is to completely yield to Your supernatural operation inside of me. 

I will step into Your presence much more often than before and be dramatically changed by You!

I believe and receive everything we’ve prayed and give You glory in advance, for this prayer is answered!
