DEPENDING ON THE MIRACULOUS GOD
It is not easy when we want to start our commitment to live righteously or when we want to renew our commitment to live a pleasing life before the Lord. We will face many challenges that will either come from ourselves or from other people around us. Sometimes problems in our work could even be a challenge to our commitment to live righteously. What should we do?
The Lord teaches us to strengthen our heart and lean on the Word of God. Do not depend on your own strength or ask for advice from faithless people. Do not focus on the problems and challenges you face; take up your Bible, instead. Find Bible verses that strengthen you; declare the word and do it immediately, if there is a command that needs to be done.
We have to believe that the Word of God spoken by us is powerful and the Word will do what we declare.
Do not worry and do not be afraid if people reject or underestimate you. You have a God in heaven who defends you.
He is in heaven and he laughs and mocks our enemies. He is fighting for us. Our part is to maintain our righteous life before Him and we will receive joy, peace, and confidence from the Lord.
