Pay attention to the people around you this week. At school, at church, on your team, even strangers you pass on the street. As you notice them, remember the truth that the writer shared with us in 1 John: Every single one of them is a child of God. When we see others that way, it should change the way we treat them, think about them, and talk to them. Because as children of God, we’re all the part of one family. That’s what makes loving others easier to do. As you pay attention to the people around you this week, take a moment to pray for those who cross your path. Ask God to help you see them and love them as His children.
