We recognize the importance of communication in relationships, and our relationship with God is no exception. 靈修最理想的時間是在早晨，我們要為主從仇敵的迷惑中、肉體的安逸中、世界的忙碌中搶奪每個早晨。得著早晨，就得著一天。早晨抓不住，也難以抓著全天。每日清早「拾取嗎哪」是基督徒奔走屬天道路得勝的秘訣！
