
Raymond Maxwell Njotorahardjo is the Senior Pastor of IFGF Surabaya church, Vice President & Apostolic Team of IFGF Global. He is also the founder of Generasi Peduli Foundation that focuses on community outreach.

With educational background in Business Operation and Master of Theology, Raymond leads the church since 2013 with strong vision to empower generations to live right, live healthy, and live loud (Luke 1:15-17). 

Together with his wife, Carmen, they believe in building a healthy local church that impact lives, families, and communities, while staying relevant to all generations.
