Proverbs 6:19-21
Proverbs 6:16-23 The Message (MSG)
Here are six things GOD hates, and one more that he loathes with a passion: eyes that are arrogant, a tongue that lies, hands that murder the innocent, a heart that hatches evil plots, feet that race down a wicked track, a mouth that lies under oath, a troublemaker in the family. Good friend, follow your father’s good advice; don’t wander off from your mother’s teachings. Wrap yourself in them from head to foot; wear them like a scarf around your neck. Wherever you walk, they’ll guide you; whenever you rest, they’ll guard you; when you wake up, they’ll tell you what’s next. For sound advice is a beacon, good teaching is a light, moral discipline is a life path.
Proverbs 6:19-21 King James Version (KJV)
A false witness that speaketh lies, And he that soweth discord among brethren. My son, keep thy father's commandment, And forsake not the law of thy mother: Bind them continually upon thine heart, And tie them about thy neck.
Proverbs 6:19-21 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
A false witness who utters lies, And one who spreads strife among brothers. My son, observe the commandment of your father And do not forsake the teaching of your mother; Bind them continually on your heart; Tie them around your neck.
Proverbs 6:19-21 New Century Version (NCV)

Proverbs 6:19-21 The Passion Translation (TPT)
spouting lies in false testimony, and stirring up strife between friends. These are entirely despicable to God! My son, obey your father’s godly instruction and follow your mother’s life-giving teaching. Fill your heart with their advice and let your life be shaped by what they’ve taught you.
